Committee Inauguration Ceremony 04.07.2025 At 6 pm, the inauguration ceremony for the year 2025-2026 was held with the future Governor of Rotary District 3231 Rtn.T.S. Ravikumar as the chief guest and the guests of honor were the President of Rotary District 3231, 2025-2026 District Conference Rtn.T.S. Sundara Raj, District Secretary Rtn.A. Parthasarathy, Assistant Governor Rtn.R. Ramesh. Last year's President Rtn.S. Selvakumar welcomed the event, and the report for the year 2024-2025 was presented by Rtn.MR.S. Veeraragavan read this year's responsibility as Rotary Club President Rtn.Shaja Khan, Rotary Club Secretary Rtn.M.Prakash, Rotary Club Treasurer Rtn.L.Bala Chander also took charge, following this, this year's Board of Directors took office, and many welfare programs were provided, medals and mementos were given to 30 students who secured the first three positions in class 10/12 in the school in the Vandavasi area. The cost of this event was Rs. 20000/-, which was accepted by Rtn. MR,.S. Veeraragavan. 5 rice bags were provided to Vallalar Anna Dhana Kudam. The cost of this event was Rs. 10000/-, which was donated by the former immediate president Rtn.S. Selva Kumar, former president Rtn. Rajabhasha, Rtn. G. Perumal also accepted. Uniforms were provided to 25 school students. The cost of this event was Rs. 10000/-. Former president Rtn. Abdul Nazeer accepted. Water bottles were provided to 100 school students to drink water in the classroom by Rtn, T. Gunasekaran. The association adopted L.K. G. and this year, the 4th grade tuition fee of Rs. 14000/- was given to a student named Sripal. Former president Rtn. Anba Zhagan accepted this cost. Finally, the secretary Rtn. M. Prakash expressed his gratitude and the ceremony ended happily.

Education Development Day
Today, 15.07.2025 at 10 am, Karmaveer Kama Raja's Birthday Education Development Day was organized on behalf of our Rotary Association at Ayilavadi School. This event was a grand event. The event was held under the leadership of Rotary Association President Rtn. Shahjahan, Rotary Association Secretary Rtn.M. Prakash and Rotary Association Treasurer Rtn.L. Bala Chandar. Special address by Mr. Rtn.MD.S. Veeraragavan and Rtn.A. J. Ruben, felicitations were given. At this event, our Rtn.MD. Dr. S, Kumar was honored with the Kamaraj Award, and the students were provided with stationery and uniforms. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by the Headmaster of Oilila Vaadi School, Rtn.T. Gunasekaran, who organized the ceremony.

MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH
On 22-07-2025 at 10 am, a nutrition program for pregnant women was held on behalf of our Rotary Association at the Vazhur Government Primary Health Center under the leadership of Rotary Association President Rtn. Shahjahan, in the presence of Rotary Association Secretary Rtn. M. Prakash and Rotary Association Treasurer Rtn. L. Balachander. The event was welcomed by the District Primary Health Doctor Rtn. M,R. Anandan, and the special guest was the Director of Mental Health Welfare of Rotary District 3231 Rtn. Dr. K. Subalaxmi, who participated, explained the benefits of pregnancy and healthy eating habits to the pregnant women, and Rotary Association Health Director Rtn. Dr. S. Kumar gave a special speech by distributing maternity nutrition kits to 50 pregnant women. Rotary Association members, district primary health nurses, employees, and the general public participated in this event. Rtn.MD. S. Veeraragavan, Rtn.MD. A. Ramesh, who donated at least $100 annually until polio is eradicated, were presented with the Rotary International Medal and a certificate of appreciation by Rotary District 3231 Mental Health Director Rtn. Dr. K. Subalaxmi. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Rotary Association Secretary Rtn.M. Prakash.

22.07.2025 An event to provide relief to the family whose house was burnt in Vandavasi Town 2 Ward area was held under the leadership of Vandavasi Rotary Association President Rtn. Shahjahan, Rotary Association Secretary Rtn. M. Prakash and Rotary Association Treasurer Rtn. L. Balachandar, former immediate president Rtn. S. Selva Kumar, in the foreground. Relief was provided in the form of a 6.5 feet high steel bureau and other necessary items, uniforms were provided.
